Usually 1 of 2 issues: Full Fuel Filter Have drivers open the hood and send a picture of the fuel filter, if filter is full or nearing full, or completely empty, have drivers head to nearest shop to replace the fuel filter Boost Pipes Blown Off Have drivers open the hood and inspect the passenger side of the engine compartment, checking the main hose pipe & clamps connected to it.
